Ordered for the second time. The first order was two years ago, everything was perfect: one part sticks to the wall, the second inserts into the third, then it's attached to the wall, even sponges hang on it. Now, when attaching to the wall, the part didn't fit into the groove; with force, there's a risk of cracking. As a result, after two weeks, the part with the wall mount broke off, and the main plate with the soap fell.

Arrived with a crack. Not seriously packaged. Return the money or send the product anew. Probably such products are better not to buy. They send them haphazardly.

There were 2 pieces in the order, one cracked, but it's not critical, I fixed it in the shower, it's holding up so far. It will look great on the tiles. Thank you!
