Upon delivery, the ordered item was not included. Only an empty envelope. Out of 4 orders, unfortunately only two arrived. Attention support for complaints not findable. Probably dealing with not quite the right people. Won't make a fuss about 5 euros 28 though. Just that was my first and last order. Can only advise against it.

In the industrial photo the dinosaur is brighter and much more finely painted (although it can't be called very artistic either, but in comparison...). The resulting one is simply splashed with dark blue paint on top and almost to the very bottom, the claws are not painted at all, not to mention the eyes. In general, it's not a fountain.

Instead of a dinosaur I received an empty sealed package
